Why we built LulaWorks
Contracting is hard enough without the admin. Most contractors run their business across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, email chains and a few disconnected apps. A quote lives in one place, the purchase order in another, the site photos on a phone, and the invoice in a third system entirely. Information falls through the cracks, margins leak, and no one ever has the full picture of a job in one place.
We built LulaWorks to fix exactly that — to take a contractor from the first customer enquiry all the way to the final payment on one intelligent platform, with AI doing the tedious data entry along the way.
