Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LulaWorks (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your company and that you accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Subscriptions
The Service is provided on a subscription basis under the plan you select (Starter, Professional or Business). Each plan sets limits on users, AI credits and storage. Employees are unlimited on all plans.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in the currency shown at checkout. AI credits reset each billing cycle. Additional AI credit packs are charged when purchased and added immediately.
4. Free trial
New companies may start a 30-day free trial with Professional features, capped at 2 users, 100 AI credits and 2 GB of storage, with unlimited employees. No payment card is required. At the end of the trial you must select a paid plan to continue; your data remains intact when you upgrade.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for the activity of the users you invite, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter or upload.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform's operation or other customers' use of it.
8. AI services
AI features assist with extraction and suggestions and may not be perfect. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before relying on it.
9. Uploaded documents
You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit and to have them processed by the Service, including by AI providers where you enable AI features.
10. Data ownership
You own your data. We claim no ownership over the content you create or upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by LulaWorks and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it.
12. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause downtime.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LulaWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LulaWorks International Ltd. (or the operating legal entity that provides the Service to you) is established, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your location. The courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
