A user is someone who logs in (owner, admin, project manager, procurement, accounts) and consumes a licence. An employee is a worker you manage in the system (technicians, drivers, welders, operators). Employees are unlimited on every plan — we never charge for the size of your crew.

Yes. Upgrade any time and the new limits apply immediately. Downgrades keep all your data — you simply can't add users beyond the smaller plan's limit until you're within it.

Yes. LulaWorks uses role-based access control, full audit logging and strict tenant isolation, so your company's data is only ever visible to your company. Data is encrypted in transit.

Only the users you invite, according to the roles you assign them. No other company on the platform can access your data.

It reads documents for you — RFQs, purchase orders, supplier invoices and scopes of work — and fills in the details, and it can suggest quotations based on your own history. Each AI operation uses one AI credit.

All non-AI features keep working normally. You can buy an AI credit pack or upgrade your plan to resume AI operations. Your remaining credits are always shown on your dashboard.

You're billed monthly or annually for your chosen plan. AI credits reset each billing cycle. You can buy additional credit packs at any time, and they're added to your balance immediately.

Yes — annual billing is available on every plan and saves you roughly two months compared to paying monthly.

Yes. Quotations, invoices and delivery notes export as PDF, and data exports as Excel.

You choose a paid plan to continue. All the data you created during the trial stays intact when you upgrade.

Yes. You can cancel from your billing page. Access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your data is preserved.
